If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization — whether a healthcare system, educational institution, or government entity — you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease use of the Site immediately.

2.1 Permitted Use

The Site is provided for informational purposes to help prospective and current clients understand Logical Front's services, including private cloud infrastructure, on-premise solutions, Microsoft Azure integration, and AI/automation platforms. You may browse the Site, download publicly available content, and submit inquiries through our contact forms.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

4. Service Engagements and Separate Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Website only. They do not constitute or modify any contract for IT services, cloud infrastructure, consulting, or managed services. Any engagement between you and Logical Front for services — including private cloud migration, VDI deployments, network security, or disaster recovery — will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement ("MSA") and/or Statement of Work ("SOW") executed by both parties.

If a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed MSA or SOW, the terms of the executed agreement will control with respect to the services described therein. For all purposes not related to specific service engagements, these Terms remain the governing document.

Inquiries submitted through the Site may result in a proposal, quote, or contract, but no service obligation arises until a formal agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

5. No Warranties on Site Content

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only. While Logical Front strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all published material — including service descriptions, pricing guidance, technical specifications, and case study results — we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the information is current, complete, or error-free.

Service descriptions and capabilities referenced on this Site are indicative of what Logical Front can offer. Actual service offerings, availability, and specifications may vary based on organizational needs, geographic location, and the terms of any executed MSA or SOW. You should not rely on any Site content as a guarantee of specific service outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logical Front's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of $500 USD.

Logical Front shall not be liable for:

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Logical Front is headquartered in Sandy, Utah, and was founded in 2003. These Terms apply uniformly to all users regardless of geographic location, though users outside the United States should be aware that they are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction with different legal requirements.
