We are looking for an experienced Deployment Engineer to work at client sites and manage the implementation of virtual desktop solutions. This position will be working with clients to prepare the site for the install, supporting the solution through the installation process, and working with clients on usage recommendations. In this position you will be responsible for: • Working with clients to install virtual desktop solutions • Conducting implementations • Completing projects on time • Training the client on the software product • Providing recommendations to the client for integration of the solution into the client's processes • Troubleshooting and investigating software and hardware problems
Qualifications:
• B.S. in a Information Technology Specialty, or equivalent experience • 1-3 years Windows desktop and server experience required • 1-3 years experience in a software environment • Experience with Citrix XenDesktop or desktop/server virtualization software a plus • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills. • Organizational skills • Available for limited travel
